Project Manager / Assistant
JOB PROFILE
Type: Fixed-term contract
Start date: 1 January 2025 (or as soon as possible after that)
Location: remote, with regular in-person meetings in the Lausanne area
Duration: 3 years (renewal possible)
Percentage: 20%-50% (job-sharing possible)
Travel: Travel within Switzerland may be required

Salary range: 70-90k CHF for a full-time position, depending on experience
Additional requirements:

Swiss work permit (if applicable)
DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to:
Participate in project management activities: schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when necessary;
Manage project-related calendars, timesheets and reporting;
Manage Stakeholders and keep the stakeholder's directory up-to-date;
Draft materials for public communication (e.g., content for our website, social media updates);
Collaborate with team members to create blog posts, newsletters, and case studies for public dissemination;
Engage in marketing activities, including reaching out to prospects and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience in some of the above-defined tasks
Outstanding organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Full working proficiency in English (fluency in French and Italian is a plus)
